HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. By clicking the link, you’ll be able to monitor your order’s status in real time as it moves through the carrier’s network.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast shipping. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot modify or change it. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
If your purchase isn’t right for you, we’re happy to accept returns as long as the item is unused, in original condition, with tags attached and isn’t a clearance sale item.
📌 Please note: We do not offer direct exchanges. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue you a store credit that never expires, which you can use to purchase another item of your choice.
THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT CAN I DO?
We frequently restock popular products! Sign up with your email to be notified when the item is back, so you don’t miss out next time.
I ENTERED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. CAN YOU CHANGE IT FOR ME?
If you’ve entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately with the correct details. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update your shipping label. However, if your order has already been packed or dispatched, we won’t be able to make changes.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

✅ The product name/code
✅ A photo of the item showing the issue
You must report any incorrect or faulty items within 30 days of receiving your order.
I FORGOT TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE. CAN I STILL USE IT?
