RETURN POLICY
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is canceled within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund. However, once the product has been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
🚫 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns). There is no restocking fee for returning a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the return. We will also inform you whether your refund request is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank—there is often a processing delay before a refund is credited.
